Plumbago from Microsoft is not available to download. It was available for users with the operating system Windows 8.1 and prior versions and its last update happened on 5/25/2016.

Medibang (free) Krita (free) Clip studio pro (one day purchase of $50 dollars) Gimp (open source cursed Photoshop, that can do all the same things just not as pretty or easy, it holds a special place in my heart.) Blender(wanna get into 3d modeling, and or 3D animations? Also free) Pivot animator (free, making stick figure animations) Inkscape (open source and free, discount illustrator in terms of user-friendly UI.) Openshot (free, open source video editor, pretty simple. Obs (free, open source recording application, can eat up performance sometimes. This is pretty much the standard software most people use for recording their screen, or webcams.)

I’m a huge windows guy, but if I’m being objective, nothing beats the iPad and Apple Pencil for taking notes, drawing, etc. As a laptop replacement, the surface is better. As a media consumption and note taking machine, the iPad is much better. The screen is better on the iPad as is the battery and pencil experience. I have a windows laptop to get my school work done and an iPad Pro to take my notes and for drawing, watching netflix etc.

u do not need a surface, as long as your laptop comes with microsoft pen protocol the surface pen will work

One point about OneNote if you own a copy of Office the one included is still better than the free app. They are different and it is better.

why all the time in the video they are calling the surface pro a tablet? maybe is misunderstand, but you cant put normal windows 10 in the surface pro? i thought it was a normal computer but with tablet format and you can use normal programs like photoshop, microsoft visio, adobe xd, etc.

You can, but at least the surface go comes in Windows 10 S, A version of Windows 10 where you can only download stuff from the windows store. You can turn it off though

Photoshop works fine on my Go :P but I use Krita or Leonardo wayyy more... I also read on reddit just throwing the apps more RAM in the settings greatly improves things? I haven't tried just figured I'd mention :D LEONARDO FTW!
