one of my favorite bands - lyrics, music, arrangement, creativity, skill, talent, clear vocals, etc. it's the full package. I AM, Wonder of it all, Flicker, not to mention some really good Christmas songs/arrangements, Project Aegis (3 songs from this arrangement of artists)... very cool stuff. I enjoy your review of the lyrics as well -- that's one of my critical points as to whether I like a song or not.

Saw Theocracy last summer at Immortal Fest in Ohio. They are as tight live as in the studio, Looking forward to seeing them again this July. They are quickly moving up the list of my favorite bands.

Great reaction, particularly enjoyed you covering the lyrics. Theocracy is favorite of mine. Try out “Mirror of Souls” by them, you’ll love the imagery in that one.

Love Theocracy’s music! Matt Smith the lead singer is an incredible lyricist and music composer. Theocracy is a Christian Progressive Power Metal band out of Athens, Georgia and formed in 2002. Mosaic is the 5th album released by Theocracy along with several singles. Matt, lead singer, is also an accomplished guitarist & musician but his mastery as a composer and lyricist is phenomenal. You also won’t meet a nicer guy! Matt also put together and wrote the music and songs for Project Aegis! This charity project Matt put together to raise money to buy instruments for economically deprived and needy kids who had a passion for music but was unable to afford instruments or lessons. Project Aegis songs: Collide & Spark(2013) Angel in the Ashes(2016) And the Rest is Mystery(2020) Ps - I would have included links but my comments usually get blocked when I do!

I get the Kansas vibe but my first thought was they have a great Styx vibe. I looked up lead voc- Matt Smith - can’t find much about him in a quick search but his voice reminds me of Dennis DeYoung - incredible control and a real powerhouse. I’m definitely adding them to my Spotify! Thanks for the review Ric!!!

Amazing Band All the songs are amazing, I have not heard a bad song from these guys, Are the songs are thought provoking and emotional as well, I flew to Georgia from Los Angles to see them.

Mirror of souls is a masterpiece. A lot of different styles in one epic song. It is a must. Many more great ones like Red Sea, but overall Mirror of Souls is my favorite.

Definitely recommend checking out more of there stuff in future. They have a LOT of great songs. Some of them do get a little long timewise. Here's a list of some tracks by album that are worth checking out Theocracy (debut album): Victory Dance, Ichthus, Theocracy Mirror of Souls: Any song from album would be a great pick, but recommend On Eagles Wings, Laying The Demon to Rest, and Mirror of Souls (20+ minutes, but worth it). As The World Bleeds: I Am, Nailed, Altar to the Unknown God Ghost Ship: Paper Tiger, Wonder of It All, Ghost Ship Mosaic: Return to Dust, Anonymous, Red Sea (19 minutes, but also worth it)

I love their music, I just discovered this year (too bad) my top 3 bands are Stryper, Disciple and Theocracy. You should try I Am, Return to Dust and Mirror of Souls. They are awesome 👌🏽
