I love people from Birmingham or affectionately known as the Yam Yams. I met them in Tenerife and on a course down in Birmingham and had a great time with them. I first saw Gerry during the 2014 Scottish Independence referendum at the Yes gig he was part of in George Square Glasgow when he composed and sung Carpe Diem. Who would have known then how massive he has now become. Couldn't have happened to a nicer Guy! Gerry, soar alba!
