I just found out recently Clay had passed. My prayers for Sally and the Welk family and friends. Arthur Duncan had also passed in January. A tough year . R.I.P. ...They are now with Lawrence and the other Champaign music makers whom have left us.

R.I.P. Clay Hart, July 1, 1936- July 28, 2022. Clay and Sally were such a beautiful couple and sang so wonderfully together. I just found out about Clay's passing. I'm so sad.

I grew up in Ontario Oregon and went to school with two of Sallys Brothers - Chas and Tim Flynn. I had a mad crush on Tim but he didn't want to know me.
