Its a trap because they bait you into being emotionally vulnerable in a hostile conversation. And of course most people wont fall for it, but then they will appear weak for avoiding the question. The right answer is "Women hurt me for being a certain way, so I adapted and now I teach other men how to adapt". Because we know that all of us were bluepilled and hurt at some point. But we are simply following the system of rational thinking in order to adjust. Its not a deflection technique. Every woman I've come across who's seen or heard this dude's podcast instantly questions what went wrong. Us women, the "emotional" gender, which is somehow seen as a very bad thing, we have the ability to scan a person's behavior and instantly understand that it is fueled by something much more than what is displayed. Surely, a lot of the things that he says are "factually" true. But the way he says things reeks of pain and deprivation from the past perhaps. At best, it can provide strategies or techniques for avoiding future heartbreak and such. Myron is harsh, but a lot of his advice does help guys understand relationship dynamics. A lot (most?) of men are taught at a very young age that they must protect and provide for women, even if it comes at a great cost. This of course creates many problems for men when they are shocked by how easily and casually some women will use that against them and exploit them for their time, attention, service and resources. Myron is warning men to not underestimate that, and he’s using his female guests’ own words and attitudes to really drive home that point.
