Looks great! We're planning for the future, when it gets too expensive to be up in the Northeast, and your videos are making us believe that the Myrtle Beach area is a good choice for us.

Also, Travinia has a mushroom risotto with scallops which is an incredible meal. The portion could be bigger but made up for it with quality and taste.

We watched them build Market Common when we lived in the area. Grand Park was there first. We'd park on what would be named Nevers St off Farrow right by those two rectangular fountains and walk freely across Farrow to the park. The fountains looked so odd & out of place surrounded by an empty field. Then they broke the news about this new "huge development" that was in the works. Exciting time to live in Myrtle back then!

When we were upgrading from a condo here to a second home, that was right when they were building it. We contemplated one of those condos but they were a little overpriced seeming at the time. Now that would be a bargain!😂

@CarmenandBrian We lived in Carolina Forest. They were just laying infrastructure to redevelop airforce base. We looked at homes in Seagate Village kinda closeby. Big beautifully restored former airforce base brick housing. It was cheap then. I can't imagine what they'd sell for now! There was zero talk about Market Common. Our 3 kids were young, so we chose Carolina Forest for the schools and safety.

Carmen I’m actually making mushroom risotto with pan seared Day Boat Maine Scallops this Monday,certainly invited but long flight from SC. Brain I also grow hot peppers 🌶️ and make mango habanero hot sauce. Meeting up with our realtor in Oct. to look in this & other areas . Nice that we can bring our pug Sadie for an outing. Always a great video 🐶

Oh wow that sounds amazing! I was so disappointed they weren't open but I'll definitely be checking them out when they open! Brian loves his hot sauce and loves habanero. Best of luck with your move! We certainly don't regret moving to Myrtle Beach ourselves!

Yes but they usually have it in the spring and again in the fall.

I mentioned in the video that it's usually twice a year, but there's never a guarantee of that. It's usually once in the spring and once in the fall. Good luck on your move!
