Another great campground review from these folks. We’ve stayed twice at this campground, Thanksgiving ’22 & ’24. We had lots of family with us, so we rented a trailer one year and 2 cottages the other year. Both were great experiences. The management allowed a one day extension for the cottages, which just made our weekend. We’re not big summer beach folks and our kids & grandkids love to fish on the beach. A WalMart & gas station are very near the entrance and good shopping, dining and entertainment are not far away.

Was the alligator at the exit of the Walmart when yall were there? The man checking receipts was so sweet telling my kids alligator facts.

I should have specified LOL- it was stuffed and dressed in clothes and sitting in a beach chair near the door/exit 🐊
