How to make butter from cow's milk in the traditional way !

Preparing butter with cow's milk has a multi-step process that we learned from our ancestors!
For this purpose, we first milk the cow and cook it, then warm it up a bit and add a few spoons of buttermilk to it, and after mixing the milk, we cover it with a quilt or cloth. After resting for a few hours, the milk becomes It turns into yogurt, put this yogurt together with the cream separated from the milk into a clay pot for making butter, after adding a little water, we stir it for about one to two hours, during this process, the yogurt inside the pot turns into butter and buttermilk!

Momma dearest uses s stick to check the oil separation till it turns to a pale yellowish floating pieces of fat which is the butter. She then hand separates them to make butter balls and drains off any remaining whey. She may or may not add salt to btter. Now , that Lavash in the back ground plus some feta cheese and sweetened hot tea is a breakfast material to die for. I am sure she will cook the whey to make "Kashk" .
