Amar meye 4th April e hoyeche aar aamaro same problem breast milk enough chilo na to formula milk dewa suru korechilam but aami try kortam breast milk dewar but o khub kandto karon or pet e bhorto na aar aami sudhu kandtam guilt feel kortam even ekhono korchi roj e kori karon Aamader society ekta maa k judge kore sob dosh maayeri hoye even doctor aamake kotha sonaye ki tumi kemon maa j nijer dudh o khawate paro na? And now I feel depressed. Postpartum depression is real r eita hoye lack of support and empathy towards new mothers and of course lack of sleep and huge mental stress. Tai ei comment ta korlam. I feel your pain.

Riya, i was a new mom too... I wanna Give you a suggestion.. Please use Philip avent or Fr Brown bottle ( hope u already using) keep 6 bottle im your bbay food corner, after every feeding, specially in night and early morning, Just wash it normal Water..it saves Your time...after that when you are awake.. You can deep clean and must sterilized that bottles... I use Philip sterilizer, also you can boil them...thanks

My baby is 1 month and i use Avent too.. It gives natural breast feel to baby.. I breast feed my baby and offer expresses milk in avent and my baby is not confused between nipples as it gves breast like feel.. Avent does the job!

Hi , you are blessed to have a supportive partner...still it's very challenging for a mother especially with a new born. Some tips to make you feel better: 1. Take wall support with cushion at your back when keeping her in lap in the night. Mattress wall ke paas laga sakte hain 2. use a neck pillow for yourself to sleep when baby wants to sleep in your lap (tried n tested in my case) 3. For bottle sterilization an electric boiler is useful and keep more than 1 bottle It's convenient and hassle-free. 4. Diapers are not a problem at all, keep applying virgin coconut oil in Between the changes... Rashfree rahegi 5. Breakfast try to do a high protein meal like eggs , almonds,paneer Aapko help hoga to manage tiredness with other health benefits Fruits bhi khaneki koshish karo ,fibre se energy milega. Bohot mehnat lagta hai ek bache ko sambhalke bada karne mein and phases hain nikal jayega 😊 Good luck 👍👍

I am mother of 2 , one is 12 years old n another is 3.5 years old and I have been a working mother till 2019 n husband tours extensively always..... So samajh lo saare tips mere khud tried hain. Apna dhyan rakhna is the key....so eat well, sleep well (as much possible) sometimes sab chodke so jao jab baby so Rahi hai...regain your energy n peace of mind. Take care 😊
