Great video and thanks for english subs! Just to summarise: you push the step the opposite side of where you lean the body. If you lean the body the inner side of the turn you push on the outer step. If you lean the body the outer side of turn you push on the inner step. Do I get it right?

I think that is the correct interpretation. Take advantage of the fact that by taking steps, your body moves in the opposite direction. Basically, I mainly sit on the seat, but I think that you can run rhythmically by stepping on the side steps lightly. Thank you very much.
