i didn't understand about getting my father name update 2 things. 1. which documents to upload? it says DL and pan card and birth certificate. these should be my documents which also have my father name mentioned, is this correct? it would have mine and father name as well. what i didn't understand it why they mention CGHS or passport of father as one of the document? passport would have his name but will not establish relationship with me. nor would CGHS card. these are his id cards and would not contain my name at all. 2. in my pf history, last 4 pf account have mentioned same father name as "Gauri Agrawal" which should have been "Gauri shankar Agrawal". however, in 5th employer from last has correct father name as " Gauri shankar Agrawal". now, question is, do i need to file 4 joint declarations separately get it corrected in in all last 4 pf accounts? or only one JD with current employer would correct in all 4 accounts? I would highly appreciate if you can give your informed response.
