Mysore Sightseeing by Ambaari Double Decker bus | Mysore Dasara package 2024

Mysore called the cultural capital of Karnataka surely showed why it's called so. The city was full of lights. Decorated beautifully in different vibrant colours. Also,
finally got the opportunity to travel by the beautiful Ambaari Double Decker bus for Mysore sightseeing.
There are three bus timings 6:30pm 8pm & 9pm. Try and go for 6:30 pm one so that you get to see the beautiful Mysore Palace all lit up as well. The upper berth seats were sold out till 23 October. The cost for the same is Rs. 500 whereas the lower berth seats cost Rs. 250. The pickup point is Hotel Mayura Hoysala near Mysore Junction. You need to head to the KSTDC office and check if lower seats are available or standing options available.

Day before Vijayadashami is the day of rehearsal... On the day of Vijayadashami the Famous Historical Jambu Savari and Torch light Parade takes place... That's why the traffic. I'm from Solapur... I visited Mysuru about 5-6 years back and was Astonished to see that literally whole City was illuminated with vibrant lightings... Also was happy and amused about how Karnataka people are carrying their Cultural heritage of Royal Mysuru Kingdom... It's 100% worth visiting 🌟
