The song sounds like a villain is reigning fire on a city of some importance and it's all going to hell in a handbasket but the heroes are just arriving on the scene and by the end of the song, they've won a huge battle. Not the war, but they've won big time. The picture, on the other hand, looks like the war was one and the troops have gone home and the ruler of the winning side has arrived and they are celebrating in the fallen capital.
