You may enter wing password OR it could be that MySQL service may be stop. Check the service status first.

Sorry for replying late. Did you uninstall old or same mysql and try to install again. If yes than you have to unstall it completely which including its config. Files Try to find MySql folder in ProgramData and delete it after that restart system and try installing again. I will create video regarding this in future. P. S. sorry for bad English I am not good in English language
