It's funny that at first the internet said he can wear any clothes, then the professional tailor tells him some actual useful stuff. But when he asks him about hair, he is again generic haha. He should probably ask the professional hairdresser what style to get. I'd go to a barber or hairdresser especially for men and let them make suggestions. The good part about shorter men's styles is, if you don't like it, it doesn't take that long to grow out.

When people ask me "oh what do you think/know about xy thing" I always say something like general and then add my favorite or the best examples, like "oh you have long fingers and want artificial nails? Well your fingers are skinny so pointy ones could be an option; (this is where I get more emphasized) your skin tone would look good with french tips and I think a clear color like cyan or lilac would look amazing. Oh you want details? Yeah I guess small thing would be better for you small nails (generalizing), I think some fancy stones with contrasting colors would look cute! (Details) But you do you!". I always think I'm annoying for that but I guess it really just depends on who I'm talking to

Certain clothes vendors bias towards certain shapes. Inverted triangle shaped guys can wear Adidas, who cuts clothes wider at the top and narrow at the bottom. Never shop at banana republic, they cut rectangles and cut very narrow at the top for shoulders and arms. Just need to try different vendors and stick to the ones that cater to your shape.
