That's awesome that you have a local recreation center! We used to live near one and we got to take a ballroom dancing class at that center, it was so fun! Our local "resource" that I like to make use of is the beach! We live 5 minutes from the beach and I never want to take the opportunity to go often for granted. And yes, the homeschool community, both local and online, is a powerful resource!

I really agree with you on what you said! I think there's no such thing as bad weather is definitely a must read! Huge fan of Dr Daniel Siegal's work! Loved reading all their books! The power of showing up was just amazing! I learnt so much! And I have been watching jady a since my son was born, she is definitely a great inspiration 😊

I haven’t heard of that second book. I will have to look it up! Jady is the first homeschooler I ever found and so much gratitude for her and her channel! So glad to do this collab with you!

The whole brain child is SUCH AN AMAZING BOOK! I love neuroscience books they are so helpful with parenting and homeschool ! I also read the brave learner , totally agree with you. My top favorites are: 1)Einstein never used flash cards 2)Becoming Brilliant
