Catching up on watching your videos so this comment is probably a couple days late. Huge note to self, do not watch Ethan’s videos during a thunderstorm, especially when he is hearing creepy noises. I swear, every time you said, “did you guys here that” or “what was that” or “there it is again” a crack of thunder sounded outside and scared the hell out of me! 🙄🤦‍♀️🤣🤣 Aside from that, these were great finds, i enjoyed them. I can't believe you got through those 2 houses with a white sweatshirt and didn't get dirty! (Makes me both envious and impressed! 😃) I think my favourite things from both are: parquet flooring, the way the first house looked from the outside, the backyards were big (maybe they seemed large because there was no fence enslosing them?), the minivan bringing back memories (i remember when they had bench seats), the Elvis Presley tcb thing in the garage, the intercoms are always cool to see, and the fact that you *didn't* encounter an addict that was higher than a kite (because it means you're safe). Ethan's done some a few yrs back that are pretty darn close! 🙂The thing is, it's such a long time ago that finding a completely or even mostly untouched home from then (or earlier) as the years go on is going to be a lot like finding an actual unicorn, especially in the wake of many being torn down because of redevelopment value. We never know what lies ahead in the next explore though, so there's always a chance! 🤞

I’m sure these houses were cute back in their day but they weren’t all that well maintained. Liked the big room with the fireplace. The area seemed lacking in charm and certainly I see that not everything is worth saving although it’s sad. Had the creeps the entire time you were in the first house. Who knows what was going on in there. Never take unnecessary risks but stay safe and get the heck out, especially out of basements that don’t seem all that right. .Love the pastel colours of the wall they some how complement each other very small rooms to have coloured wall. Those slices of dry orange and cinnamon stick are Christmas decoration, a waste of cinnamon. Reasonable size house, I do not like that dark kitchen cabinet. thanks for the video.
