This is one of the most important locations I want to visit. I don't think the significance of these ancient "doorways" are discussed nearly enough...I want to catalogue all of the megalithic sites into 5 categories. Ancient doorways, megalithic walls, pyramids, underground labyrinths, and astronomical temples. These doorways in particular really catch my attention though. They must be some sort of gateway or teleportation device. Perhaps this is how the gods "left" after the Younger Dryas cataclysms.

Very interesting though. If you look at why we might have enigmatic shapes in stone. Is expressly for the purpose of holding metal. In the future, peoples could possibly wonder why we carved perfectly circular holes many feet into stone. The reality is that we poured the stone into that shape, and it houses a missile capable of destroying a small island. Now tell me - how would you possibly glean any of that or even hope to imagine any of it when you're only presented with a hole into the ground. Especially if thousands of years gone by has rusted any metal to pieces smaller than sand.

Mheri Dur (Mher's door) is a very similar carved door/portal and it is in the Armenian Highlands of Eastern Turkey near the Lake of Van. The legend associated with Mheri Dur is associated with the Pre-Christian Pagan Era God (Mihr) a God of The Sun & Light of Heaven. There is a fascinating link between this Portal in Peru and Mheri Dur. Mheri Dur is said to have been existent since before the Kingdom of Urartu, which was an ancient Kingdom within the area of the Armenian Highlands. Interestingly enough, Urartu's first recorded king is named Aramu. Now this Incan legend in Peru speaks of a Shaman named Aramu who escaped through the door in Aramu Muru. These are very interesting parallels I think. Another detail of interest is that the mountain range this Peruvian Portal is located is named Hayu Marca. On top of the door, looks like a statue. But different ways to look at it- on the left side looking at it from the video, looks like a penis. on the right side looking at it, looks like a female figure laying down. Could this be where the masculine and female traits are coming from with the dousers? It actually reminds me of the statues from easter Island, Moai. Also noticed a bunch of steps all over that area Brian was in where he was using the quadcopter. Going all the way to the top, and at 0:56 if you look right above the play button in the youtube player minimized, it looks like half the mountain is carved out into a ruin of some sort. That whole area is probably got hidden ruins all in it and around it.

would be interesting if Brien would do a video comparing all these Doors to nowhere. There are obviously some that are in rock outcroppings, but some are doors built using stacked stones, they do look quite similar. maybe their purpose was religious (like regarding holy regard for "living" rock ie rock outcroppings, some have said the pyramids are built on a rock outcropping and the point was religious.) maybe their purpose was scientific, but i don't see that. I think there was some religious story that compelled them to do this.. anyway, a comparison of all the "doorways" into rock outcroppings would be interesting.
