Well quite! Yes must be a lot to build iron fleets so often. Not sure reeving is ever the foundation for an entire economy. The Vikings were pioneers of long distance international trade alongside the blundering. The Iron Islands feel like one of the least developed parts of George World Building even if they have a dramatic appeal.
