I love your videos but this has so much mainstream information that's just so wrong....there is tons of evidence of advanced technology that was used. No known tool that they say they used is capable of cutting the granite blocks to the precision that they were cut, so much so that you can't even fit a piece of paper between them. And for a culture that put hieroglyphs on everything to find absolutely none in a supposed tomb when every other tomb, like the valley of the kings, is covered in them seems strange. There is tons of literature and evidence that suggests the pyramids are much older and that they were already there when the Egyptian arrived, you don't need to say aliens did it but maybe dig deeper and don't just repeat what is taught to elementary school kids.
@TheFrenchWhispererASMR2 жыл бұрын
If anything, you should look for the "Diary of Merer", from Khufu's period (scrolls from the 4th Dynasty that reference the building of the pyramid). You also need to realize that you have accepted as real the list of fake facts that appears in every cheap documentary or sensationalist book about this topic, to justify their outlandish claims. In reality the blocks are not that well adjusted, there are inscriptions dating from the 4th dynasty inside the pyramid (in chambers that became unaccessible as the construction went on), Egyptian tools could cut the blocks, and so on... I firmly stand by what I said in the video, you are the one with some digging to do ;).
@knightowl58682 жыл бұрын
@@TheFrenchWhispererASMR Your assumptions of what you think I need to realize, as you have no idea what sources im referencing and I can only assume you have History channel "Ancient Aliens" in mind shows your arrogance. Graham Hancock and a plethora of egyptologists and geologists who have dedicated years if not their lives to discovering the truth about our history and are far more knowledgeable than you would disagree with most of your statements as far as the construction, timeline, and purpose go. And apart from my previous comments about no hieroglyphs being found, apart from a small bit of graffiti that you referenced, no mummies have ever been found in any of the pyramids.
@TheFrenchWhispererASMR2 жыл бұрын
@@knightowl5868 Graham Hancock… I’m not surprised. He writes compelling pseudoscientific fiction for curious people (a good thing) who want to feel special (sorry, “out of the mainstream”). You are in a rabbit hole. If you are really interested in archaeology, go to a bookshop, history section (not whatever self development or esoteric shelf where they put his books), and pick books by real experts in the field. Authors who are reviewed by peers, go to sites and study their stuff for decades instead of imagining fantasies from the comfort of their living room.
@knightowl58682 жыл бұрын
@@TheFrenchWhispererASMR Well you seem to have a closed mind to other possibilities and put down other people who don't think the same as you, so there isn't much point discussing this topic with you. You are entitled to your opinion, yet are rather arrogant about it. There are very respected and peer reviewed individuals who, with bravery to be criticized by individuals such as yourself, have dedicated their life work to study these topics. Not just the pyramids in Egypt but sites all across the world. And they have come to different conclusions and hypothesis than what you are saying and that's the beauty of science and archeology...new discoveries are made all the time. But no one likes to be wrong and will even discredit others just to save their ego.
@TheFrenchWhispererASMR2 жыл бұрын
Put yourself in my shoes for a second: I have read about Ancient Egypt for 30+ years, gone there multiple times and spent 60+ hours on this video. I am no expert but it's a passion of mine. Then you come out of the blue and tell me with a lot of nerve that what I say (and the current state of egyptology) is mainstream bullshit for elementary school kids. Of course, this is not going to start a nice conversation. From where I stand, what do you think I see? Someone who has looked further than a few edgy books and gotten familiar with decades of scientific archaeology so that they have the means to make such controversial statements, or just a case of Dunning Kruger effect?
