sach bolu to.......jab se maine jaldi sone se lekar jaldi uthne ka pattern follow kiya hai.......this makes my life amazing and make me more focused in my work , and i feel satisfied and happiness.....bt some people said to me at 10:30 PM,''bahut jaldi sone ja rahi ho 😂 and uthne ke baad kehte advise karte hai ''aapko full nind leni chahiye, tabiyat kharab ho jayegi''😂.....bt seriously, i never feel this types of things...........i always feel energetic, full of happiness and satisfied

I wake up at 3.30AM then i drink one glass of water. first i do Waheguru jaap🙏 for 5 min, Gratitude, Affirmations, Meditations. 4.30 tk krke fir so jaati hun kyu k mujhe migraine problem hai. Sleep imp hai mere liye.😊

After attacked by covid, I started waking up at 3 a. m. After waking up I used to chant om mantra for 1 hour. It did nt happened overnight, but after my several try. Then I used to do some simple yoga and at 6 a.m doing morning walk at the roof. Believe me, I recovered from my illness associated with covid. I was successful to quit my smoking habit. It continued for around 9 months. I joined my office after getting quick recovery and through out the day I used to be happy and cheerful. But I could nt continue it. Now again trying to wake up but becoming unsuccessful.

This is a reminder to me that I should be more diligent with my routine.😊 I personally felt good trying out different times and finally I found that perfect time for my self. 9:30pm -3:30 am [ followed this for 3 months.] 11:30 - 6:30 [1 week I tried] and I feel I need to change accordingly with time. Thank you😊

I love to Wake Up before Sunrise, start my day with 2 glasses og warm water, followed by meditation and any physical excercise (yoga, running, walk) ended with pranayam....aur jis din SUNRISE k baad uthti hu...Sara din mood low rehta hai

Drink a glass of luke warm water and after that stand before the mirror. 1.5:10 to 5:40 meditation. 2.5:40 to 6:10 reading or writing thoughts. 3.6:10 to 6:30 physical training. 4.6:30 to 3:05 school. 5.3:05 to 3:30 lunch . 6.3:30 to 4:00 mobile. 7.4:00 to 6:30 school work . 8.6:30 to 7:45 KZbin . 9.7:45 to 8:00 Have dinner . 10.8:00 to 8:10 Dip almonds and brush your teeth . 11.8:10 to 9:00 Reading books . 12.9:00 to 9:10 meditation . 13.9:10 to 9:30 Mobile . 14.9:30 to 10:30 reading or English speaking or listening or writing. 15.10:30 to 10:40 night questions light off. 16.10:40 to 6:30 Have a sweet sleep .

Morning 4:00Am....pure 1 saal se jyada ho gaya shuru me bahut dikkat hui thi fir sb normal ho gaya..10:00pm par so jata hu or evening me 6-7 baje tak khana kha leta hu....pure din enery level high rahta h really magical

I was very lazy to wake up early in the morning from last 10 years but now my wake time is 4 am . Maine bahot try kiya but hota nahi tha fir maine pashupatinath vrat ke bare me suna aur shiv ji ki puja shuru yakin maniye jis din aapne shuru karne ke bare me socha usi din se aap jald uthane lagjaoge shart sif ek hi hai aapko tobacco ya other jo bhi habits hai vo chhodna hoga subah nind se vo hi insan jaldi uth nahi pata jo koi na koi nasha karta hai

I'm not sure, but I think we should not set any alarm to wake up. Our body will wake up automatically when it gets full sleep. Why should we break it and force to wake up at certain time by alarm? Anyways healthy body will not take more than 8 hours of sleep! If you want to wake up at 6 a.m. go sleep at 10 a.m.!! It's that simple.

i sometimes wake up at 3:30 automatically then i pray and then i wakeup at 6 o clock do affirmations and prayers

Sir I walk up at 3:30 and sleep at 10:00 and i use to do exercise yoga and pranayam till 5:00 then I begin my day to day work

I am in 12th class and I study all night because it is so silent at night and then go to sleep in morning between 3-4 am I tried getting up early morning at it was easy but than studying is not easy because of noises of construction and vehicles

If someone wants to wake up early then dinner should be taken very early so that 3-4 hrs gap is available before sleep. Going to bed having almost empty stomach is esential

Last 5 days ago I have wake up 5:30 am .and Meditation 30 to 40 minutes, and then I go to the gym💪 before 5 days I i used to wake up at 9 o'clock 😂 and And it was not that I always woke up late, but for some days, 20 or 25 days, I was waking up late
