You have done a good analysis Sahil, but you missed 1 thing that why Ksolves is falling. It is not the correction, high PE n all. Actually SEBI has put this company in the 4th list. The enquiry is still on as SEBI thinks that there can be some insiders trading or manipulation in the share price thats why share is falling. I also agree that people who are holding this share can take an exit as of now. You can buy it back once the share gets out of this list.

@@ishaanjain7101 yes... share ka quarterly result achha gya h and isme bulk buying isi liye nahi ho rhi h k agar ho gyi to share shoot up karega or ASM list se bahar aane me or bhi jyada time lagega. Jis din ASM category se bahar nikla, isme bulk buying hogi and may be UC bhi lagaye ye.

I am sorry to say that the company has given 10 times returns instead of 100 as mentioned by you in this video. The company came into the primary market on 23rd June 2020 with fv10 and an offer price of Rs.100 so the return at (CMP Rs.1000) is 10 times. But if you look at the valuation it is 100 times because the company demanded an offer price of Rs.100(which is 10 times its fv of Rs.10).

Everybody knew that valuation is High but nobody make video on that time.... Trader makes money they are gone all the way but retail investor still stuck in this share... Company is not bad all fundamental and management is strong so it is good for long term...

Ksolves is a classic example where you dont need FII and DII to invest to get multi fold rerurn, with out there investment also stock can grow 100x its for thos whose says public means weak hands can compare with Indus tower where majority of share is with promoter, FII and DII but stock gave hardly any return in last 10 years.
