Chasing noises is a tedious task. And they drive you batty. I'm still chasing that rattle / knock @ idle. After looking at the obvious and potentially substantial fault areas, one can actually only "Leave it and let it develop". But an uneasy feeling remains. 😐 Great job on the filming of this repair as always. LHD Crafter owners have one less thing to worry about: No accelerator pedal in the way - on either side. 😁 Have a great trip, stay safe and hugs to you all! 🚐☁🍀

Hey Sam, You made that look easy, I’m no mechanic but might give mine ago. I’ve got a knocking on mine probably from the same area, so could be the same thing. I don’t get it when I’m going along the road, just slowly off a small curb or pot hole, like a sound of something hard hitting the underside, a thud rather than a Clang, if you get my drift. Did you get OEM from dealer or a third party part? Nice video and surprised you are doing that kind of stuff so close to leaving!!

How do Sam.There's now worse than a noise that irritates you when you drive. I had a tap tap tap noise when driving Viv. It drove me bonkers. I checked everything I could was screwed down but no matter what I did it was in my ear....... and then when I went on a mini bimble to the ponderosa in wales with my mate Roamin Rob and we parked up, I went to put the blackout curtains across the front seats and spotted the tie back press stud was unfastened, hanging down against the driver's window.... on the way back home I made sure it was fastened and the noise went......though I spent the whole drive home listening for it lol. Joys of owning a van eh? I've not gone all basil fawlty yet on her but I have been close..... Much respect 🙏- Kenny

Hi Sam, cos you cleaned the wheels near your grass... that grass will go dark green and grow like hell. Ask me how I know 😂 it annoyed the hell out of me all last summer. I was feeding the grass with iron to try and blend it in, but I couldn't.
