I got mine a couple moths ago. While I haven't road tested it in the real world yet, I was extremely impressed with my unit. I own. e impression pads from other co's that have worked very well for me-- But they were 3x the price. Also, I have never had an experience with an e Mentalism item where I had it up and running so quickly. Within maybe 30 minutes of opening my box, I had a perfect read on my Apple Watch. Wow!!! I actually bought it to put in a card box-- But ended up buying a cheap Amazon faux leather pad that looks exactly like your's and works like a charm. Still, I might pull the casing off and go for the card box at some point. Extremely happy with mine. Next step-- recharge it and make sure it still works since testing the first few days I received-- But I assume will be using very soon in performances. Easily one of my best purchases this year. @@MysteryArtsInc Just did-- had to run to dinner earlier but just watched the rest. Love that idea. I've been obsessed with several of Pete's prop-less Mentalism principles lately and using this as my "billet" makes a lot of sense. Also, you mentioned San Diego Magic Shop for card box- I have a bunch of their Expanded Bicycle Card Boxes already-- assume those are what you were referring to? I think at some point I will take the cover off and convert to card box. Thanks!!

Were you able to fit it in the special card box with the shrink wrap or it has to be removed?

You’d have to have the wrap removed, but I’ve found it to be really easy to keep the thing out of harms way even without the casing. Pitata really made this thing durable, which I had ZERO faith in until I said “screw it” and took my defective unit out of its casing. My new one is now naked and proud.
