The only thing that matter is whether or not it was self defence and was appropriate force used (Not too much, just enough; if a person punched you then you can defend/attack the other person but not enough to cause grievous injury or death) If someone is trying to kill you or intends to kill you then you have the right to do everything possible to save your life, even if it results in the death of the other person

This story is similar to a part of my life. I got bullied for 2 years straight by a stronger and taller guy (a boxer and wrestler). I changed schools, and started training fighting sports myself. When I wanted to meet a friend from my former school, I waited for him in front of the school. There, my bully appeared, along with a bigger, stronger, older guy. I was wearing a tracksuit, so they couldn't really see my physical changes. My bully told his friend "Bro, armwrestle this dude. Or fight him. He can't beat you, even I can't beat you, and I'm a good fighter". Yeah, I fucked both of them up that day, at both armwrestling and fighting/wrestling, in front of their friends.

It is unfortunate but there are precedents in courts IRL where prior Martial Arts training can be argued as an aggressive "weapon" in court. AFAIK, this is true in Britain and some states in America. I'm not sure about Korea considering their mandatory conscription and everyone has at the very least some basic training.

I was bullied as well when I was a kid. Then one day, I just snapped.
