In Webzen's defence (Never thought I'd ever say that), they did announce the website maintenence, so it didn't drop completely out of nowhere, still was pretty surprising, but in a good way.

That seal of healing that comes from the unique box does not increase exp even when using seal of ascension/wealth? As far as I know, the seal you buy from the xshop only works when combined with at least one of those exp seals

Nope i believe the seal of healing drop from event do not give any exp, only the seal of healing from exp package will (2days version from roullete and 7 days from this mystic box event). I will post a video about this soon. Even with other seals. The % of exp change but not the exp receive.
