Terramity is a b1tch Mining ore from that mod is just pain and too much rng If you plan to explore Ancient City then grab Echo Shards while you are there, no need to rush. Make sure to break the vase/pot there.

Try killing 10 withers, if it still doesnt go up then I think it might be bug. And kill them in new chunk.

Get the demon seal from the Nether Fortress (low chance), combie it with the uchigatana to get Satsujin.

I am very new to this mod and can't find any documentation, can you tame wild black dragons that horde gold? it seems like they dont want my gold/emeralds but I can mount them but they kick me off, so I'm not sure how/if its possible?

You can tame dragon that look like the white one I used at the begining with a lot of gold, emerald or diamond. For Ice and Fire dragon, that a whole different story.
