May I humbly seek clarifications of the following: 1. About chakras, the sanskrit literature,namely Sat chakra nirupana and the ciddha(siddha) literatures, though mention the seven chakras agree in their location differ all other things such as their content of pancha boothas, their deities, their bija mantra etc., Is their any significance for the difference in their perception. 2. What are nadis? Are they in the physical body. Is their any literature or scripture that I can refer to to understand their pathway. I am a retired microbiologist, currently, seeking about chakras and nadis for more than 2 decades. I would be blessed if the doubts are cleared. Thanks in anticipation.

The Chakras create different energy, different quality of consciousness. Words are almost meaningless to describe these energetic experiences. That's why you hear many different stories and metaphors that circle around those things. The Nadis can be experienced as separate energy pattern/frequencies that govern important bodily functions.
