Had to lower the backing track and even remove the vocals for some of these From Zero covers because of copyright. Spent another 2 hours re-editing all these videos just because of that, it is what it is. Not my first rodeo battling KZbin's copyright system and it surely won't be my last lol. I decided to just go ahead and put them up all at once rather than dragging it out for weeks like I normally do. It was a fun album to learn, simple stuff but really good songs and I hope these videos help others learn them as well. LP was one of those early bands that inspired me to pick up the guitar and their songs were simple enough that you can learn them very early on when you're just starting out. For me, Hybrid Theory was one of my gateway's into guitar and this album will be a gateway for many future aspiring musicians too.

The copyright issues with this new album have been insane. Why hunt down everyone providing free publicity, it's stupid.

@@YuryVVV Yeah, it's a bit archaic to still be hard-blocking videos like this in 2024. Usually copyright will just claim the video and put ads on it which I'm 100% fine with but it's hard to understand why they'd block videos outright and how that benefits anyone. It's gotten a lot better over the years but it's still a problem unfortunately.

@@MysticGuitar77 I was thinking about it this morning: Why were you able to cover "The Emptiness Machine", "Heavy Is the Crown" and "Over Each Other" as you usually do and not the rest of the album? What's the difference? If the album is out on the market and available why can't you do it like you always do?

@@SaraM-m5i Those were fine, I suppose because they were singles. Two Faced is okay too now that it was a single. It's all the non-singles that are blocked. Maybe the songs are fine now since the album has been out a day now? I don't know, the copyright system doesn't make any sense sometimes. Ticks me off that it ruined a couple days worth of work and not happy I had to mess with the mix just to get these up but whatever. I'm over it.
