I have listened to more than 20 reading on this connection and your is the most concrete and I believe accurate of his motives. So our reading. At the end of our connection , he claimed to have all these feelings for me that he never admitted to. But he had decided to reconcile with his estranged wife (allegedly for their son who was about to finish high school) & was moving across country to be with them. But wanted me to accompany him so he could “work things out” & we’d be together. I was having none of it. I had walked away from an alcoholic, cheating husband & wasn’t going to go down that road again. I felt like he was gaslighting me. He’d been distant the whole time we’d known each other but I felt like he might care. I confronted him about his sudden change of heart & said it angered me that then he was saying the opposite of what he’d been saying. But we had been magic together. It seemed like we brought out the best of each other. He was the first one in my life to tell me & others in front of me I was beautiful. And I felt beautiful & loved even though he never said it. That last night I felt everything had been a lie. I didn’t know what to believe. I desperately wanted to talk to him later that night or in the morning to clear things up but wasn’t in the cards for us.
