PSA 10 on Ooyama's Pikachu around $1k, personally I don't think CGC pristine should hold much more value then that, very cool card either way.

Personally I find grading pointless anyway unless it's just to flip a card for profit, I don't need an overworked person on minimum wage who puts 1-2 minutes of work into each card to tell me if it's a 10 or not and I don't get why people put so much stock into it.
