I'd say any of the Pokemons who require 400 candy is harder, specially for new players. Evolving Magikarp to Gyarados is a tuff one, also because it's for a research

Larvesta to Volcarona should have been there. Larvesta is stupidly rare and egg exclusive, and then requires 400 candies to evolve.

yeah ivy hatched around 500+ eggs since the launch of larvesta and I've gotten 2 total. one 80iv and one 84iv. also have a lucky larvesta 96 but i don't count that one obviously.

Very true. I still have fund memories of them trolling us all by giving a notification that we were running out of time to evolve larvesta before its initial event ended. You know, when we had a 1% chance of hatching it and then no way to get the candy to evolve it. Thanks for these good times, Niantic.

If you can get a Gimmighoul in the first place, its Coin requirement is annoying, yeah. Also if Bonsly's 15km and Feebas's 20km requirements are top of the list of this video, they've both been dethroned by Pawmo, which requires 25km.

I walked 200+ Kilometers to evolve Feebas for the (not shiny) Jirachi Quest because I was missing like 75 candies 😭 And I found 3 Zoruas to troll me on the way.

Evolving Eevee to Umbreon and Espeon without the name trick is probably just as hard as Milotic or Bonsly. You literally have to get it to Great buddy status and evolve it either during the day or night time.

Galarian Yamask could be time consuming also. You need to do 10 raids. If you're a free to play player it would take you on minimum 10 days to evolve it.

Walking 20km is not a problem for me. I have a Larvesta that requires 400 candies to evolve, the problem is I can't even find it in the wild. I can only find one candy every 5km. . .I only have less than 10 candies.
