My 96 overall PD Magic Johnson says he’s a 99 over all on the mobile version of Myteam along with a lot of my other PD’s saying they are 98 overalls or better so I’d have to believe badges add more especially with a good coach. Wish I had Phil Jackson but I got Kerr and with just his stats added to certain players make the players new tiers! I got a couple 95 overalls that register as 98’s a few 96’s the register as 99’s also. So badges getting hot and a coach def make a huge difference. But with out getting hot or badges some coaches will change some of these cards overalls and the way they play.. Also idk if anyone knows but getting hot will also give certain players new animations while they’re hot..👀💯💪🏽

Also comparing cards to what you think their price would be on the auction house doesn’t make sense. When Rudy Gay dropped he was 60k mt. Not bc he’s trash but bc of the increased odds and amount of ways to get him through VC only packs.
