I wanna come back to TMC. I worked for TMC for a while last year and left for 7 months and I recently put my app in and got rejected when I left in good terms and even had my trainer, Brian Sanderson, my ops manager Josh and a couple others all trying to get me back in and the ppl in operation still said no and genuinely won’t tell me why even when I call and ask them directly.

Hey there Erudite Trucker good review! Been watching all your stuff and tuned my son into your channnel. He's been soaking up all your videos out on the road with his trainer. He's put in 5000 miles and had a week to go. He called his fleet manager as usual to check in... His FM asked if he wanted his middle name on his upcoming truck!! Not far to go but my son had it with the trainer cussing him. 3 weeks straight out on the road with a guy that's cussing and ragging you like a boot camp seargent. He explained to the FM he said come on by and we will get you a different trainer!! Not naming anyone. They fired him through a phone call. Sorry about the vent here. It's the wrong place. You are a nice positive hard working fella and it is just a shame that he couldn't have had you as a trainer from the git go. Wishing you all the good luck and continue to provide a awesome environment and attitude for the upcoming new guys. Stay safe!

Sorry that things worked out that way for your son. Hopefully, he's not discouraged. The knowledge that he's gained from my videos will help him with his next trucking opportunity. As long as his CDL is in good standing (no tickets or violations), he should be able to land on his feet with another company without difficulty.
