Mythic Legions All Star 6+ Full Wave

It's finally here. The entire Mythic Legions All Stars 6+ in all it's glory. We've seen the winners of the votes, now we get to see all the new figures. Dakota is blown away and feeling passionate that this is the greatest action figure company making figures. We see new skeletons as well as the knights to stand against them. That's one of the cool things about Legions, they can fit in other places too. From the wave before I think people will like the plain skeleton for other lines.

You're well on your way to becoming a 4H collector. I saw you in the livestream comments too! Like you, I still collect some hasbro product. I only get the best looking figures, which is usually about 1 a month. Getting into Mythic Legions completely changed collecting for me. They're fun to play with. They're fun to pop and swap and customize to my hearts content, and they're all compatible. On top of that (like you said), there's no denying the value. They could easily bump up their prices or reuse the same molds, but they're not. They are adding more hands, heads, accessories, and new tooling into every figure and the price stays the same. They're taking their success and giving it back to the fans. It doesn't go unnoticed, and it is only making them more popular among collectors. That's what hooked me and 4H is the company that converted me from Hasbro, and I'm a much happier collector now.

I don't think I could ever get rid of all my Marvel Legends like some do, but I'm probably going to cut down on what I have at least a little and probably only getting 1 Legend to every at least 5 Legions I get. The direction Hasbro is going is such a joke compared to what 4H is doing like you said. 4H care about the fans. Hasbro cares about their fan's money. I've been in about a year and am close to 50+ figures in hand and if you include what's on preorder it's more.

@@thestrongcollectors Yeah I don't stop collecting Hasbro. I still pick up some Classified, Transformers, and Legends. But it's pretty easy to tell which figures are worth the value. Like Herald Thor, Quake, Spiral, etc. I just don't have enough shelf space or care to pick up the cheap repaints of characters I have no interest in. It's not good enough to buy another figure on the Sunfire mold with minimal paint and one pair of hands. I only started getting Legions last year so I'm not a completist, but it's easy enough to get any of the figures I want, going forward. And I'm good enough with that because the new figures are better anyway. Just look at this new wave, it's fantastic.

I agree on both accounts. The legends you mentioned are totally worth it. Others like the new Ant Man, no way. I'm for sure not trying to go back and pick up an old Mythic Legion with all the new stuff coming out. I try to keep my max to about $80 and for sure not more than $100 if I had a good week of sales. The new stuff just keeps getting better and better. It just takes a little more patients.

They did change the design. I think we'll probably do an update show on that. Very hot topic in the Cabal group right now.

I get what your saying but with a sword like that, he must be able to swing it over his head in action poses. I really hope theres some give in the shoulder armor. Im pretty new to legions and wanna pull the trigger on this guy but im on the fence...

Not normally into dwarves but I’m thinking of maybe getting a 1/12th scale anvil and having him be the blacksmith for the Necronominus army. lol

I do enjoy the GI Joe Classified, but I agree that Legions seems more community oriented and the accessories are fantastic. I don't do the Marvel Legends usually as the value doesn't seem right.

If you think Legends is lacking value, I don't understand how Legions can pack in so much value into their standard figures. For sure worth grabbing at least one to check out. If you need any recommendations let me know.

Dakota, where are you traveling to? You mentioned traveling and having to leave your collection behind.

My wife and I are planing to build out a shuttle bus this year and travel the US for a year or 2. Depending when we finish one of the first stops will be Legions Con. Which is going to be hard to not buy everything I see but if I do, I just ship it back to Jordan to play with until we stop traveling.

@@thestrongcollectors I absolutely love the Redwoods. Try to see Crater Lake too. A lake formed in the crater of a massive volcano is something to behold. The water is so clean you can see straight to the bottom .. it's kinda strange.

It can. You can swap out the thighs and the calves with other normal skeletons

It'll be a pice of cake. I made my Vargg taller by giving him Dark Templar legs and that was really cool.

@@headkills117 i think i have 3 of him now. only 1 open but used most of his parts on a white demon then i'll probably do one as he's supposed to be and another as a taller one.
