I make something similar, but I use just a regular 80/20 burger 1/2 pound patty, then a fried egg with the yolk still runny basted in butter, cheese, bacon then a simple sauce made of ketchup, mayo and sriracha. The yolk is runny and mixes with the juices from the burger patty!
