When I was about 4 or 5 years old, my mum sent me to be blessed under the guidance of Ji Gong. Ji Gong would be invited to possess the physical human body, who will then spread spiritual teachings to adults and spiritual blessing to little children (dressed in Ji Gong's attire). 30 years later, I realized I still possessed some of Ji Gong's traits in my personality, such as following an unorthodox spiritual path, gaining knowledge through personal experiences, helping people who are in need of help, and upholding justice. I believe every being should be treated with compassion and kindness. May the world be blessed with loving kindness, may everyone be happy, be peaceful, be liberated. Sadhu sadhu sadhu.

I read a book titled the Adventures of Mad Monk Ji Gong. Definitely one of the funnier and more light-hearted of the Chinese myths I looked into, glad to see the Mad Monk getting some more recognition.
