I know it was partially a joke, but yes please join the bone marrow registry. It saved my sister's life five years ago. It's easy to join. It's especially important if you are a minority to join, since those who are mixed-race or of different ethnicities are less likely to find matches on the registry. A man named Jake gave us five more years with my sister ❤️

Listen, my time in tye military was mostly regrettable. I didn't mind the job, but the people I worked with were the absolute worst, and being up in Delaware meant bitterly cold winters and blazing summers in military uniform. But the ONE thing i really miss is the Wawa that was just outside of base. Those quesadillas were amazing!

Someday I hope to see a "After the shoot" B roll where you get to see all of the rest of the crew digging in. I can't imagine what it would be like to be in that room when all that amazing steak is being cooked, and not get to sample it after! I have a hard enough time just watching, I can't imagine smelling it as well! Now I wish I lived next to a Jersey Mikes, even knowing its inferior to what Josh and Trevor just made.

I buy A2 milk instead of whole milk because I'm allergic to the casein (A1 Protein) in milk. I always believed I was lactose-intolerant, but even lactose-free milk gave me an upset stomach. With A2 dairy, I don't have any allergic symptoms.

I was reading about this exact thing a few days ago. Apparently European cows pretty much all have the mutation that gets rid of the A1 casein protein so it's all A2 milk. A Canadian friend of mine is "Lactose" intolerant in Canada but not in Ireland cos he's actually Casein intolerant not Lactose. This revelation explained for me why so many North Americans are "Lactose" intolerant when most of y'all are descendent from Europeans where Lactose tolerance is very common. Most likely it's Casein intolerance in most cases and we'd have as much of an instance if we had A1 cows.

Also as a note, you should brine beef bones overnight to remove the remaining blood cells before cooking. After brining they are almost completely creamy white.

I admittedly haven't done my research on A2 milk, but I live in an area with Braum's, which is a local chain best known for their milk and ice cream. It's a combination of a burger restaurant, ice cream parlor, and grocery store. Recently they switched to A2 dairy cows and the milk is NOTHING like what Josh is describing in this episode. He might have bought buttermilk. The A2 milk we get from Braum's (Not a sponsor) doesn't sit as heavy on the stomach like the milk I used to drink.

As a French beer enthusiast, seeing Delirium Tremens as a "fancy beer" made me chuckle. Don't get me wrong, It's a really good beer but it's far from being fancy down here.
