Except he absolutely is. Friends do not always know best. I have seen multiple cases where someone was with an extremely toxic person but said toxic person had everyone wrapped around their finger and they were convinced this person was a good person even though they weren't. Those people literally chose this toxic person over the person they were dating despite knowing the person they were dating way longer and knowing they weren't the person their toxic SO made them out to be.

@@englishatheart that’s kind of a completely different situation then what Rhetts describing? The scenario you’re using is when the toxic person is manipulating everyone around you as well. Which is indeed bad but also a completely irrelevant situation. The scenario Rhett’s using is if all your friends are telling you to break up with that person. Which is entirely different. If someone you genuinely trust (in this case your friends) tell you to break up with someone, then you should at the very least keep it in mind and maybe even look into it. It’s never a good sign when this happens, ESPECIALLY when more then one person you trust is telling you this.
