To add a sound to an ability would be through a custom weak aura you can add a custom sound that way

they are very close, but demo is better. just go with the better game style for you

For the "sound when trinket comes off cooldown"; create a weakaura with the following: for the trigger type: Item Cooldown Progress (Slot) equipment slot: trinket X (whichever slot the trinket is in you want to track) check "Is useable" Then go to Conditions If trigger 1 "On Cooldown" is "False" Then "Sound" "Play" choose a sound and a channel and you're all done I can send a PM with screenshots if you'd like
