Kind of a stupid justification that salary is not enough, ias officers are provided with 500 different services that would lead to almost 0 expenditure. They get a residence, vehicle, free water gas electricity, pension and much more. So the salary that they make is mostly saved up. And regarding the work hours and work life balance, they are the ones who chose this life. They signed up for it, so saying that they need more salary just to do their work seems unjust to me. That being, salary should increase only with more experience and responsibilities.

In India, corruption word is used disrespectfully in our society. We should use it in a beneficial and impactful purposes instead of own satisfaction😊.

Kaun corporate main 80k to 90 k se 4 to 5 times kama rahe hain mujhe bhi janna hai wo bhi career ke start main utne tak pahunchte pahunchte 10 saal lag jate hain 2 times tak pahunch ne keliye bhi 4 to 5 times seriously

IAS go toh sab kuch aise hi govt deta hai na. Tog 80k to 90k toh pura hi savings mei jata hai Bol raha hai ki kuch kaam nehi karoge toh bhi promote ho jaoge aur yeh bhi bol rahi hai ki work life balance nehi hai. Hypocisy ki bhi seema hoti hai.

Public school teacher here. After the personal expenses and classroom expenses, we barely have anything left of the salary, And this lady is wrong, private sector promotes people who are their favourite, not necessarily the hardest/ best worker. Whomever is boss's favourite get's the promotion. I've worked in both sector.

Poor saloni, over justifying in most of her points coz for example It's not entirely accurate to say that there are no targets in government jobs. While the nature of targets may differ between government and private sector jobs, both types of employment have performance expectations and goals to meet. The key difference lies in the nature and focus of those targets ! ☝️

80k 90k mein ghar nehi chalta ?????? What ?????????????????????😅😅 Ghar chalana ana chahiye. Apka jitna salary hai, life style bhi aisa banao... ambani jaisa life style to 80k mein nehi chalega.
