Hi there, Rik here! Many thanks for the compliments and the suggestions! Since then I've made a couple changes. Like you said, I found the puck lights to be a bit distracting, so I replaced them with Dioders from IKEA (2 bars per level). Also, I added some backdrops of some scenes from the movie to fill in some of the remaining empty space. I reorganized the bottom shelf with bigger figures I bought later (Unique Toys DOTM Megatron, OSKO Sentinel Prime) to fill the shelf better. Thanks again for the feature, and take care!

I think this is your best ' critique ' video. I like hearing from you all, but based on the superior collections compared to the past, I'm biased. People are getting more artistic oriented nowadays compared to older collection rooms, that just looked like a combination of hoarders, hoardes, during an apocalyptic disaster, and a thieves haul from their local post office dropoff 😛🎃 and I want to see, hot pockets that transformers into tissue paper 📜

I made it! Totally worth the 2 year wait... I love my dense collection in the basement, so glad you guys critiqued. Yes, the wall sconces are all Lego, all my design. (Not s**t pieces🤣🤣🤣)

Hahahaha... yea, kinda his way or it's garbage. Good feedback tho, just gotta consider the source. His job is to find a thing that can be improved. That said(for me, and Im sure others) this layout is EXACTLY the way I want it. I wanna look at the wall 100 times, and always see something different. Thats not skullface's style. What they did get right, is comfortability. You come visit my house, not my museum. I want you to touch this stuff. They are toys, and its not a mausoleum. Put a fingerprint on it, hold it, TRANSFORM IT!!! Please!!!

I hear you. (This is mine). I downsized a lot since this submission. I mainly focus on TFMP now. No wwe or floating shelves anymore. It’s def cleaner. I’m still struggling to light the bookcases. The room has a lot of natural light as it is but I do want to do something.

Damn bro lmao. I had that issue prior too. Wwe, TF, Joe, MOTU, Star Wars, Funko, MMPR, HotWheels, DC, Marvel. I just stood up and made a choice, and as Thanos said “the hardest choices require the strongest wills” and I just started to sell off and condense. It’s hard man I know.

Does strip lighting generally light transformers better especially groups? Is puck lighting better only if an individual bot is displayed in a space? Opinions please, cause I was thinking of using 3 pucks to light a shelf but now I’m thinking a stip of lights would be better.

LED strips will give a better result as they distribute the light evenly, as opposed to multiple spots that cause a lot of shadows and dimly lit area's. Always go for LED strips, your collection will thank you for it.
