About pricing, it is completely not correct. If you sell big machines with small margin, then Shopify is much cheaper than Big Commerce. Shopify plan for 79$ with 1% fees on transactions still cheaper.Big commerce limit is 400K $ per year which is relatively not a big amount per year, if you exceed that the plan of Big commerce will be not less than 1350$ per month and it doesn't include all the enterprise-plan features. With this nonlogical pricing using Big commerce is just a postponed problem for merchants

Shopify does not even have a real customer service phone number the number they list is fake.. Doing business with Shopify is like doing business with a back alley shop.. They went public and they had hundreds of complaints.. Big Commerce runs a very professional company with real customer support customer sales agents and different phone numbers just like a real company is expected.. Obviously they have kids at Shopify that do not remember when people laughed at you when you told them you had an email.. Goes to show how some companies do not know how to run a business.

Do not trust this. I used Shopify before BigCommerce now I know how how sweet and smart Shopify is. BigCommerce is terribly to use. Whoever designed BigCommerce was not good
