Todd is a very good brilliant singer as many of us who do know and understand his great music. Its a shame theres others who cant see and dont understand his true tallent. Todd was born with this great gift the same as many other great performers. To sing well and entertain his many fans like us. He sings about the Light in your eyes.about someone he Loves that means so much to him. But that same Light many look at in different ways. Me i look at it in another way.hay were all born different from others and its what we like and who we are.not what others like and who they are.

Two things that we guitar players will notice… Todd doesn't take the pick out from between the strings when he picks up the guitar and plays it on I Saw the Light. And the guitar he's playing, if I'm not mistaken, is an Eric Clapton "Crash 1" model Stratocaster. And we all know that Todd owned Eric's "The Fool" SG for quite a while. And just as a fan… good Lord, this man is talented. Unbelievable.

Stop getting hung up on the fucking Hall of Fame. It sucks and doesn't mean anything. You don't want him in there. I wish the place would go out of business. Music is not sport. You can't measure it unless you want to want to count # of records sold. Is that what you want?! If that 's the case then Lady Gaga blows Todd away. Do you believe that?! No, I didn't think so. The hell with the hall of shame.

Roel, still a big mistery to me why these shows, apart from being part of a 'bonus disc', are not released as a complete 'Todd & Metropole' 3 or 4cd boxset. I mean both years the shows were recorded with topnotch NPO mobile recordingstudios and broadcasted live on Dutch radio. This should (still) be heard in full by Todd's fans all over the world. Apart from that the orchestra, having been in some financial diffilculties lately, could use the royalties of these recordings for sure. So i wonder who's sitting on the mastertapes preventing them from being officially released???

How many shows has Todd performed with the Metropole Orchestra Amsterdam, was this a one time event in 2011 and a show in 2012 because i see different post's with the date of 2011 and another one with nov.11,2012 as far as this goes Todd and the selection of songs are fantastic, the audio seems to be grade A but the audience clapping/cherring after ea. song seems to be 50/50 real enhenced and one last thing the conducter with his head looking down at the music sheets,he sucks, i can swing a stick
