So both families must chase up with u'meli to hear what's going on with the will ..... even if the deceased didn't have a will Probate will be able to check relationship to deceased and share properly

The mother of the kids shouldn't expect anything or be demanding support where there's no help. As a mother get up do something to feed your kids instead of looking to survive on late husband's frozen assets especially when there's no will.

This money and assets rightfully belong to the wife and kids. Shame on the brother for taking over the deceased's assets. He should work for his own things .

The brother deserves nothing...If a person dies Intestate (without a will) then the married wife and children must share. If there was no married wife then it all belongs to the children in equal portions
