I like the tip about the under eye area not being too bright. I've seen some makeup looks which have ladies looking like reverse pandas because the under eye is 5 shades lighter than the rest of the face.

The secret to layering makeup is thin layers. Build up slowly 'cuz you can always go back in and add More.

Good afternoon from NC. Your tutorial is really good. I'm 51 years old. Back in my late teens until my mid 40s, I would occasionally apply a powder foundation, eyebrow colors, some blush, line my lips and eyelids with black lip liner, and apply a cherry blossom lipstick. During this time, several different things started happening that led to depression, stress, anxiety, fear, doubt, self sabotage, and so much more. I'm currently 51 and am looking to become acquainted with the best version of myself. I honestly want a daily routine that consists of something simple for face cleansing and makeup application. Do you have any suggestions?

So many products, but love the look, won't have the patience to do all this. Plus, to me, the more products you put on, the more likely something's not going to be blended correctly...unless you're a professional makeup artist or have practiced a lot.
