It has everything to do with the Roman Dutch law that governs us. The judiciary can overturn decisions of the legislative arm and the executive arm, and no one can overturn a decision of the judiciary. The judiciary is not exercising due care and digence in using this excessive power as we saw the masses taking law to their hands in July 2021. We need a way to balance this anomaly, otherwise we will have anarchy very soon.

It makes me wanna Vomitt when I hear African leadership advocating for nationalization of banks, mines, land etc, after they have failed to govern their countries appropriately i.e Zimbabwe. Tony Yengeni speaks nationalization when his party has been in government for 28yrs and has failed to look after the trillions of rands from the tax money. A government that has failed to look after it's SOE's Eskom , Telkom, Denel, Sabc, Transnert, SAA and many others. A government that has failed to give proper health care, education and water and so on. When a government can't take care of basic needs of it's citizens what more damage will they do if they are given ownership of banks, land and the mineral resources of the country. Let's first do the basics which are education, proper health care, sanitation, rule of law and then we can think of nationalization...

@@dandyally9983 Lamola is not Ramaphosa's lackey like Yengeni is to Zuma. Yengeni has done nothing, absolutely nothing to improve the lives of the black masses in Cape Town where he was born. He has failed dismally as a Chief whip and was caught with his hands in the cookie jar, the arms deal or you forgot how he was gifted the ML Mercedes SUV's. Lindiwe Sisulu was the one who told residents of the informal settlements in Khayelitsha to rebuild their shacks that were demolished by the government during the chilling cold winter if Cape Town and up until today she has not done so. This was back in 2020 by the way, and you think she's capable of being a President? Really? Yengeni a smart politician? What's smart about driving Maserati's in Gugulethu while the masses are languishing in dire poverty? Is stealing smart? Wearing Gucci's while your constituency is languishing in poverty and high unemployment? Wow, is this revolutionary?

@@bantuazania972 Mr Lotto Lamola is not a boot licker? Lol thats typical from a thumamina bat. What has this preaident and his minister of justice done for SA except laws to limit all forms of freedoms and cause unemployment. Eskom is going up 20% again, the IMF boy and his debt has caused more harm than wearing gucci

Mzwandile was not the right person to interview Tony. Tonys arguments were very weak. However, Mzwandile still failed to challange him.

Are you referring to Ramaphosa 9 wasted one since his time as the deputy president blowing colourfull condoms in parliament whilst his "TRUSTED" ally was busy squandering our hard-earn tax money in "firepools"

@@sonixaba8079 Trusted ally, you mean the Zuptas? Am not an ANC member but everyone knows the worse president S.A ever have, is Jacob Zuma Zuma. The first S. African president to be jailed is Jacob Zuma. This will go into the history books.

@@leonardchauke2601 NO NO Mr.....stop diverting. I asked you whether are you referring to the 9 wasted years of the two politically allies that on record have single handedly written the obituary of the ANC and casted a spell against the "office of the president in RSA"? Now you are busy vomitting your Zuma is the demon - Ramaphosa is an angel eNCA and Naspers daily feeding chaff. Can we go back to the subject of 9 wasted years with Zuma and Ramaphosa as allies to it since 2005 Pre-Polokwane Campaign against Mbeki. Is it the 9 wasted years you are referring to.
