Hi I need help I have interview last Monday May 2 n N-400 I pass the civic tests my the end the officer say he can’t give me the result because on my previous documents which is 5yrs ago that on my application for my 10 year green card that I don’t put there that I have kids and I was already married on my second husband but I can’t even remember the application I submitted because it’s been 5years . So I tell the officer I am sorry I can’t remember what I fill up on that application I didn’t now add my kids because that time I was not planning to bring them here in the United state. And the second one whay I didn’t put my second husband in the application is because I am not sure about the question I thought that I only need to add my ex because I gain my green card thru my ex not my current husband and also I get confused pilling up the application . And the. On my N400 I put my husband all info and the date of marriage and my ex info too when we got married and Devore but for some reason there is one page there I didn’t see I didnt check the box I was married. He said why I didn’t not check it I said I didn’t see it maybe I get confused 😕 and then after that he print my result stating I passed my civic tests but still waiting for results. And today I received an email from them and it’s show on my email that still pending and it will take 7 months the process. Please help

Hi Sir You really doing great help. I have a question. At the time of interview i asked for name change. I didn't had the first name so it was written on my documents NFN means no first name since i moved to US. At the time of interview uscis asked me if you want to correct it and i applied for name change too. Now it's 95 days but no oath ceremony. @@gracebaby8834 yes i did. I got ceremony date after 4 months. When you apply for name change oat ceremonies get delayed. Because they call all people together those applied name change and a judge also came and approved name change.

My two years green card expired since March 2015, I applied for 10 years tru my Attorney. I waited for more than 5 years but no good news. My Attorney(now late since Oct 2022), helped me file for my Citizenship. He passed before my interview date of December 6, 2022. I went to the interview well prepared. In the form N652, It says, "You passed the tests of English & US history & government " but a decision cannot yet be made about because of your pending I751". Today is Nov 29, 2023 which is over 120 days stipulated by law. I have not heard from USCIS. What should I do? I just sent them an online inquiry but you know basically they dont say anything tangible. Am terribly worried. 8 years of waiting!

Hey I pass my interview today but couldn’t not made a decision because I told the officer I was in jail one when I was 17 for domestic violence I was told it was not on my record because I was A minor .. and is not on my record but she told I need it prove .. so she was going to send me some documents ? I Applied back in June 2020. And the interview was scheduled for July 2021. They canceled the interview and said that they will reschedule the interview. I'm still waiting for an interview. I filed a form for the case outside of the normal processing time. They said my case was delayed due to the workload unrelated to my case. And should be processed with 3 months. @@omarazzawi5111 I had the interview back in Feb 2022. I'm US citizen now for the last 7 or 8 months. I would suggest you to file for cases outside of the normal processing time. Once i filled for the cases outside of the normal processing time, and gave USCIS a call to follow up the case, they set up an interview in a couple of weeks. All the best!
