Next time check in Indian back per gram they give 4700+ interest also 7 paisa thaan sbi Vida kammi interest thaan varum amount also athigam tharanga pa

Check in Indian overseas bank also..they're giving 4750 per gram(without stone) also interest 8 percent but they have agri gold loan in which interest is 4 percent only (applicable for 2 lakh)..i have 2 accounts in that bank (mine &hubby) so 4 lakhs ku 4 percent only interest

hi mam .. i pledged in sib bank they mentioned 5000rs for gold but for stones they deducted and gave less amount for each gram its 10% interest here .. i have met 10lakh agri limit here.. i will check indianoverseas bank.. 4% is a really good percentage

hi ma,, i will guide u dont worry.. cupcakes quality should be good .. in that case u can sell between 40rs to 70rs each.. u will get profit in bulk order or minimum 6 to 12 cupcakes orders.. i am selling at 50rs for the past 4 years - same amount .. i will explain pricing thisweek... ok va

Cake looks yummy! Gold as gold coins or government bonds is a good investment. But gold as gold ornaments is good only as ornamental wear and is very poor investment. It is a real loss. I learned this the hard way. I ❤ your positive, "keep going" spirit despite your disappointment. But word to the wise -- building a home on shared land is a vrty big decision too and i hope you gave it very good thought. Will you move to the Independent house once it is completed & rent out or sell this flat? Just curious.

You’re absolutely right-investing in gold coins or government bonds can be much more rewarding than buying gold ornaments, which often have limited investment value. Regarding the home project, you make a good point about the importance of carefully considering the decision to build on shared land. We did weigh our options thoroughly before proceeding. As for our plans with the current flat, we are still deciding whether to rent it out or sell it once the new house is completed. I’ll keep you updated on our decision! Hello, i will recommend you to stay in your apartment as you have invested a lot for interiors and you will have a better lifestyle in gated community. Since the independent house is quite small you will find it difficult everyday. Also think about Car parking and other practical difficulties. Don't spend in furnishing the independent house, better rent it out and try to preclose the home loans as early as possible.

@@Desperado-27 rental income is often assumed as a given but it can sometimes end up being a nightmare especially if tenant stops paying and you are using the rent to pay off the EMI. I agree with your overall assessment that a flat is preferred (esp if located in a desirable kid / student-friendly area) & comes with excellent amenities. This makes it more likely to attract high quality tenants to a flat than to an independent house, unless the new house is also in an excellent area with good schools / colleges & close to public transportation to help with work commute.
