There must be an impact of any other planet in your chart. Please study other planets carefully. Also check the degree of Jupiter, if it is out of deepest debilitation.

Yess ... It is in 21° of shravana nakshatra and it also receiving nich vanga from Saturn But many of the astrologers claim that nich vanga doesn't work when a planet is in 8th house and in my case it is also 7th lord which is inauspicious in many cases. But personally I never experienced these negative effects in my life. Yes in some cases I face a little trouble at first but things get shorted very quickly...

Pieces ascendant people are not normally materialistic people. Your Jupiter degree is out of debilitation and moon is also strong. That may be the reason. Male female depend on various other factors too.
